We are excited to be back with another large sale in Corvallis.  We moved one sale till next weekend, so this weekend we will just have one large sale! This house is full of furniture, practical items mixed in with some antiques, and a lot of women’s clothing that is almost brand new, along with other goodies!

** This house can be reached from Circle between Witham Hill and 29th, off Firwood Dr. Or this can be reached from 29th between Circle and Walnut off of Elmwood Dr.  We will have signs leading you in from both directions!  Thanks!

Parking:
There will be plenty of street parking. Please ensure you do not block driveways of the neighboring homes.

The Goods:
Start in the garage where we have crocks with lids, vintage lunch boxes, some kitchen items, industrial coffee maker, basic yard tools including shovels brooms rakes, an assortment of useful chemicals, more vases, sporting goods including various types of balls, ski poles, exercise equipment, and lanterns. there’s a lovely single wooden bed frame, a supply of Sterno cans for camping or for the fondue pots you will find inside, blown glass plant watering balls what team is winning, miscellaneous hardware, vintage wooden trunks, flower pots, a wooden church pew in multiple parts, jazzy select series motorized wheelchair, a go go motorized wheelchair, miscellaneous hardware, small power tools including a Dremel, a Skil quarter inch drill, and multiple hand saws. There is also a Rockwell belt sander, a Craftsman thickness planer,  fuel cans and more camping equipment.

Enter through the garage to find the kitchen! The kitchen has a lovely curved front oak sideboard with mirror, with a set of Metlox Poppytrail pattern dishes, a table of appliances including woks, lots of Fondue Pots, rice steamers, and vintage Stanley thermoses. A variety of glassware including depression, glass trays, sandwich trays, punch bowls, bowls, candy jars, cut glass footed fruit bowl, and candlesticks. On the counters find folk style pottery, Pyrex, milk glass pepper shaker, sugar and creamer and fruit bowl, lots of pans and pots, Fiesta style pitchers, Franciscan Ware, stemware, brass teapots, Bento box, Myrtlewood bowls, and in the sink an array of cutting boards, cookie sheets, and more!

Continue into the dining and living room past the amazing oak curved mirrored hall tree, with a collection of vintage walking sticks and umbrellas.  The livingroom holds a light-yellow soft fabric sofa, a pair of mission style end tables, a beige leather recliner, a damask covered carved arm chair, and a square Oak dining table with central pedestal and legs with 4 leaves and 6 matching caned seat chairs, and a hutch with glass cabinets, a small black rocking chair, and a grandfather clock, and a vintage child’s rattan seat high chair, and a cute small roll-top desk. You will also find linens for your dining table, brass figurines, books, beautiful artwork, silver plate platters, silverware, and serving pieces, and a Seth Thomas carriage clock.

Head down the hall and glance in the bathroom filled with towels, bathroom items, walker, and Oreck air purifier. On to the office! In the office there is the first of many closets of clothing.  Mostly Women’s size small and medium including Nordstrom and Christopher Banks. For office supplies we have electronics including a Panasonic DVD deck, Samsung VCR/DVD player, Technics 5 Disk CD changer, Toshiba laptop, HP Photo-Smart 6383 all-in-one printer, brand new Brother MSCJ470 printer, small radios, and other electronic gadgets.  There is a vintage adding machine, camera equipment including a Minolta X700 and other lenses. There is paper, scissors, greeting cards, book ends, knick knacks, frames, small artwork and a wooden wall clock. Tired already? Nap on the sofa bed!

Into the upstairs Master, find more clothes in amazing condition, a king size mattress set, headboard and matching 9-drawer lowboy dresser with mirror, 5 drawer oak dresser, and a bookshelf. Small items include blankets including Pendleton and Hudson Bay, costume jewelry, scarves, purses, and women’s shoes mostly size 7-8.5 and a room full of clothing!

Head downstairs and find three beautifully restored trunks. The queen size mattress holds linens and blankets, including military blankets.  The closet is full of more women’s clothes, including sweaters and tops and a Chinese style robe. Take a seat in the orange velour chair by a cute accent table. Nature artwork and other décor can be found throughout.  The next bedroom holds a double pillow top mattress set, vintage sports pennants, more clothing, more books, three drawer dresser, bookshelf, set of curved back club chairs with rattan sides, an assortment of masks and other small items. Walk past the safe (Firefyter FF3000) and a collection of cigar boxes.

Matching Kenmore super capacity 3.5 washer and dryer on stands in amazing condition can be found when entering the laundry area which is filled with craft, holiday and clothing! Crafts include a vintage Singer sewing machine with attachments, crafting materials such as trim, patches, and thread. Decor such as vintage ashtrays and medical supply boxes are mixed into this area. For holiday we have wrap, ribbons, packaging, Santas, ornaments and wreaths, Heritage houses and décor, and two nativities.  There is also a vast collection of shoes (mostly size 6), purses, travel bags and sleeping bags!

There is a downstairs livingroom with a retro southwestern sectional, records, record player, and double cassette deck player. Other furniture includes a blue fabric lift chair, coffee table and matching end table, 1970s green glass swag lamps.  This room is a sight to behold with clothing! Most still has tags on, with great brands such as Talbots, Nordstrom, Liz Claiborne, Coldwater Creek, Jones New-York, Christopher Banks, Ann Taylor Loft and more! Mostly size s-m. There is a small collection of small area carpets, rattan trunk, exercise matts. Head outside and find an Exercycle bike that generates electricity, Tony Little Ab-Lounge Xtreme, Power Rider Exercise Machine, Treadmill and some outdoor furniture, pots and miscellaneous outdoor items.

Over all this house has 4 bedrooms, two living spaces, a large laundry room, large kitchen with dining space, an outdoor area and a garage!  All the spaces are full and ready to be shopped starting Friday Morning!
